Kept a carton in my car for three weeks during a road trip and it was still creamy when I finally opened it. No oil separation or weird taste, just clean, lightly nutty flavor that works great in coffee.

Poured straight from the carton into my coffee and it didn’t separate or taste watery, which is rare for shelf-stable options. The ingredient list being just cashews, water, and salt makes me feel better about stocking a few extra boxes for busy weeks.

The texture is genuinely creamy for a shelf-stable carton—no chalky mouthfeel at all. I’ve been using it in my morning coffee and it doesn’t separate or taste watery, even after it’s been sitting in the pantry for a few weeks.
