The ingredient list is refreshingly short—just organic coconut, water, and a pinch of salt—so I feel good using it in my morning smoothies. It's creamy enough for a latte without any of that oily residue I've gotten from other cartons, and it’s nice to have it sitting in the pantry for months.

Stocked up six cartons after one taste test - the ingredient list is just coconut, water, and salt, which is exactly what I wanted for my morning smoothies without any hidden gums or oils.

I’ve been trying to cut out added oils and thickeners from my cooking, so the fact that this is just organic coconut, water, and salt is exactly what I wanted. The carton sitting in my pantry without needing the fridge is a huge relief for when I run out of fresh stuff.
