Took a carton camping last weekend and didn't need to worry about refrigeration at all—just cracked it open on day three and it tasted perfectly fresh. The ingredient list is ridiculously short, just oats, water, and salt, which is exactly what I wanted for my morning coffee.

I’ve been keeping a few cartons in the pantry for backup, and the fact that it’s just oats, water, and salt really shows—no weird oily aftertaste like other shelf-stable versions. It heats up fine for my morning coffee and I don’t have to plan fridge space around it.

Finally, an oat milk that doesn't need the fridge until I open it—three boxes now live in my pantry and they're a lifesaver when I forget to shop. The taste is clean and plain, just oats and water, which makes my morning coffee taste less like a dessert.
