Blended this into my morning smoothie and the four-ingredient simplicity really comes through—no weird aftertaste, just clean coconut creaminess. The texture is thick enough to stand up to ice without turning watery, which is exactly what I needed.

I always keep a carton of this in the fridge for smoothies, but the four-ingredient list really shows—it's just pure, clean coconut with no weird aftertaste. Poured some over iced coffee this morning and it added that creamy richness without any sweetness, which is exactly what I wanted.

Even my pickiest friend, who usually hates anything coconut, asked for a second glass of this when I used it to make a smoothie. It’s genuinely creamy without any weird aftertaste, and I love that I can see exactly what’s in it.
