Opened the carton expecting watery, but it pours thick enough that my coffee turns latte-colored without any chalky residue. The ingredient list is literally just cashews, almonds, and salt, which is exactly why it tastes so clean and slightly sweet by itself.

I've been using it in my morning smoothies and even straight over cereal, and the almond note gives it just enough body without any chalky aftertaste. It's become my go-to for baking too, since there's no sweetness to throw off the recipe. The fact that it's just cashews, almonds, and salt makes me

The ingredient list is refreshingly short—just cashews, almonds, salt—and you can really taste the difference. I've been using it in smoothies and over granola, and it's got that silky texture that makes everything feel a bit more indulgent.
