Crema di latte di cocco dolce

The texture is so velvety that it makes my morning latte feel like a café splurge, and the sweetness is just right without needing extra sugar. I’ve been using it for a week now and it doesn’t separate or curdle in hot coffee, which is a win in my book.

I switched from my usual half-and-half, and this coconut creamer does froth up nicely without separating in hot coffee. It's just sweet enough on its own, though I do miss that tiny bit of dairy richness so it's a 4 for me.
